These locales will begin operating call centers for hotline complaints as follows:
- Silverthorne - December 21, 2018
- Breckenridge - January 1, 2019
- Dillon - early in 2019
- Frisco - tentatively planned for August 2019
- Summit County (including Copper Mountain, Keystone & Wildernest) - March 22, 2019
What Does This Mean to You?
Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and Summit County (including Copper Mountain, Keystone & Wildernest) require you to have a party, who is available on a 24/7 basis to respond to complaints regarding your short-term rental property. Depending on the town, you may need to respond to a complaint within either 30 or 60 minutes, and your response could include a visit to your property in that time frame.

You subscribe to our services and Summit Local Agent will serve as your "Responsible Agent" or "Alternate Responsible Agent" with the local government. In the event that a noise complaint, parking issue, or trash problem arises, the emergency hotline will contact us. One of our team members will immediately address the problem. An incident report with any applicable documentation will be submitted to you within 48 hours.
