Currently, we can serve only as your Frisco Responsible Agent. When it initially passed its ordinance on December 11, 2018, the Town of Frisco did not provide for the possibility of naming an Alternate Responsible Agent. However, if the Town of Frisco does so via administrative regulations passed in the future, we could then serve as your Frisco Alternate Responsible Agent.
