Fee for Hotline Complaint Response

Description

As stated on the Services page of our website, our fee schedule is as follows when we receive a Hotline Complaint regarding your unit:

  • $35 flat fee; and
  • $100 per hour for the total time spent in our efforts to provide response and resolution; this hourly rate will be charged in six-minute increments that correspond to tenths of an hour.

For the call that started on June 18, 2021 at 11:49PM MT, our company spent 54 minutes on the complaint response. So, that’s $35 for the flat fee and $90 for the response time for a total of $125.00
