Having lived in Summit County for 21 years, I possess the local knowledge and experience to serve as your local agent and local contact. My diverse professional background includes a unique skill set that will enable me to excel in this role. First and foremost, I have been licensed as a real estate broker and worked as a Summit County realtor for more than 16 years. As a result, I possess extensive knowledge of the local short-term rental, real estate and property management markets. In addition, I’m also licensed as a Colorado attorney. While I don't serve as a lawyer for my company or its clients, that background allows me to provide the high level of detail orientation and dispute resolution skills needed to expertly serve as your local agent. Furthermore, my background includes account management work in the tech sector. I’ve also built a number of websites, including this site. From my tech experience, I’ll strive to employ the latest digital tools to simplify every step of the local agent process for you.
I am grateful to be part of this beautiful mountain community, and it's important to give back. As a past co-director of the Evo3 Foundation, I had the opportunity to assist local nonprofit organizations as well as help kids and senior citizens to better utilize technology. Having enjoyed working with seniors so much, I currently serve the Summit Senior Center as a technology coordinator and as vice-president for the board of directors. In sum, my single defining thread is a dedication to providing service excellence. And, I pledge to apply that singular focus, while our company serves as your local agent.
Brian Carisch, Co-Founder
A software developer by trade, but an entrepreneur at heart. I own a small business locally that develops software for small to medium sized businesses. I also own and manage multiple Airbnb and VRBO listings here in Summit County and other states as well. I have a long history in developing compelling technology solutions for unique business opportunities. My passions include my family, landscape photography, travel and real estate investing.
My wife, a Microsoft employee, is on the school board locally and my children are in three of the local schools. We love Breckenridge and Summit and are always looking at ways to give back to community.
