Description
Obtain Responsible Agent Services on a semi-annual basis, and keep your short term rental unit in compliance with the new Dillon Ordinance. The Town of Dillon’s complaint hotline will start in early 2019. We stay in close contact with the Town and will adjust your subscription to begin on the same day as its call center.

Currently, we can serve only as your Dillon Responsible Agent. When it initially passed its ordinance on November 20, 2018, the Town of Dillon did not provide for the possibility of naming an Alternate Responsible Agent. However, if the Town of Dillon does so via administrative regulations passed in the future, we could then serve as your Dillon Alternate Responsible Agent.
